Start with one machine

Your equipment is already telling you something.

Pick the motor, pump or compressor whose failure hurts most. We’ll install MachBeat, collect a baseline, and show you where predictive monitoring creates value — on a real asset, with your team.

What a pilot involves

Small footprint. Real signal.

  • Choose one critical rotating asset with your maintenance team
  • Mount the edge sensor on the housing / bearing area
  • Connect it to the MachBeat platform on site
  • Collect a baseline window of real condition data
  • Review health, trends and any early indications together
  • Decide where a fleet rollout would pay for itself

The AI works cold-start, so you see useful diagnostics without waiting months for history.

Pilot FAQ

Is the pilot free?
The initial pilot on one asset is designed to be low-commitment so you can evaluate value before any fleet decision. We’ll be clear about scope and any hardware cost on the scoping call.
Which machine should we pick?
The one whose unplanned failure costs you the most — in downtime, safety, or scramble. Rotating equipment (motors, pumps, compressors) is the sweet spot.
Will it disrupt production?
No. The sensor mounts externally on the housing and monitors passively — it doesn’t touch the machine’s operation.
What do we get out of it?
A baseline of real condition data on your asset, any early indications the platform surfaces, and a clear read on whether a wider rollout would pay for itself.
