Today MachBeat is a working single-site platform: an edge sensor node streams vibration and temperature through secure ingestion into a database, a signal-and-AI engine produces health, remaining-useful-life and cost, and a mission-control web app shows the digital twin with explainable alerts.
That is a real, running system — and it is honest to call it a strong pilot rather than a finished enterprise product. The roadmap is the bridge from here to fleet scale, and we publish our build status openly.
